Our Founder

Our founder, Antonia Lee-Kemp, established Chambers London whilst pregnant, driven by a desire to promote equality and social responsibility in modern day hiring practices. She holds over 24 years of work experience in diverse industries, and also working with global leaders in technology, luxury beauty, real estate and corporate travel. One of her career highlights being working in Singapore and experiencing the Asian market hands on.

Antonia's personal values underpin the Chambers ethos, as we strive to build strong relationships and a diverse workforce for our clients and help people succeed in their careers long term.

Talent Acquisition

Holly studied at the University of Exeter, graduating with a first-class honours degree. She has previously worked with production houses, like ITV, and numerous creative projects, such as contributing to newspapers overseas and publishing poetry. She also holds a certification in mental health in the workplace.

Holly's specialism at Chambers London is talent acquisition for finance and accounting teams, as well as supporting clients in sourcing tech and office administration staff. Some of her favourite projects have been with global real estate companies and high-end sustainable beauty brands.
